The participants of the hearings will analyze notarial system in Ukraine and prospects of its reforming.
S.Mishchenko, Committee Chairman, stated that the Committee is to scrutinize seven Bills on notarial system, and three of them are in new versions.
It is necessary to adopt a new version of the Law, since the effective Law fails to comply with the Constitution of Ukraine. Moreover, a number of practical problems concerning organization and functioning of notarial system in Ukraine are to be settled with consideration of international experience and national legislation.
The hearings are to be attended by the People´s Deputies, the representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Ukrainian Notary Chamber, German Fund for International Legal Cooperation, notarial experts, scientists who take up notary practice, and the representatives of other public associations.
